This building was originally a bottling works, with the family-run business on the first floor and living space on the second.

..........Built in 1905-1906, it housed the Texas Bottling Works which bottled distilled water. In 1929, Triple XXX moved in and operated till the 1940's. It continued operations bottling soft drinks until the 1960's, when it was converted to office and storage space.
..........It was restored in 1990 to house a car museum, but is now empty and up for sale. The upper floor has been restored as a residence, with retail space on the first floor.
