County Courthouse, Galveston, Texas

..........Constructed in 1899, this building replaced the previous structure that burned in 1896. The park across the street was 'Central Park." and the park still exists today.

..........The old County Courthouse was heavily damaged by Hurricane Carla. It was later torn down in 1966 to make room for the newer structure that exists today.
